Warranty Terms and Conditions.

When you register your Venom products for our free manufacturing warranty you are agreeing to our terms and conditions laid out here. We are committed to provide you with products of satisfactory quality and that are fit for purpose. If our commitment is not met then we will endeavour to repair or replace the item(s). We define a ‘Manufacturing Defect’ as an unexpected fault inherent in the product introduced in the manufacturing process.

The warranty period applies from the first date of purchase of the product. To obtain warranty service, the original proof of purchase will be required.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty may not apply to consumable items included with or in the product, which may have a reduced or no warranty period.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage resulting from reckless or improper use, Damage caused by modification or repair.

Before applying for a warranty claim you must first check that specific exclusions to the warranty (e.g. where a defect is caused by misuse or unauthorised repair of the product) which must be checked before requesting service under the warranty.

Once you make a claim we will be in contact regarding the next steps. You may be required to send the product to us for inspection.

We will inspect and test the returned product and decide if it meets the requirements for a warranty claim. If your claim is not successful you will be liable for postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
